HOW WE MAKE IT?
Our Scobucha Kimchi
Is a variation of traditional kimchi that incorporates kombucha to enhance its probiotic benefits and add a tangy flavor. Kombucha is a fermented tea, contributes additional beneficial bacteria and yeast, making the kimchi even richer in probiotics. This fusion creates a unique taste profile, combining the spicy, savory flavors of kimchi with the slightly sweet and tart notes of kombucha.
